Welcome to the Northwich Branch R.A.F. Association

Welcome to website of the Northwich Branch of the Royal Air Forces Association. Founded as the results of efforts of a number of World War Two veterans the club was officially opened in 1954 by Air Vice Marshall Sir Geoffrey Bromet. From that time the Branch has gone on from strength to strength for over fifty years.
The Branch meets on the fourth Monday of every month at the Wings Club, Station Road, Northwich at 20:00hrs. Here members can chat amongst themselves or with other club patrons or listen to talks on a variety of aviation subjects both military and civilian given by invited guests. All this amidst convivial surroundings. It is also an opportunity for new or prospective members members to meet and talk to other members and members of the committee or for members to ask about matters they feel the Association may be able to help.
Origanally run by the Branch the Wings Club is now an independently run Club although it still remains the focus of the Branch and Branch activities. The Club holds entertainment events each and every weekend as well as has teams involved in local games leagues. It is also available for private functions, just ask a member of the bar staff for details.
