The 2007 Wings Appeal is again under way. Although September is the official month for this annual appeal the Branch is well advanced in its preparations for various activities that will contribute to this worthy cause.
Again the annual street collection will be the corner stone to the Branch's activities during 2007 Battle of Britain week. Members of Association as well as members of 146 (Northwich) ATC Squadron will be out and about with collecting tins asking the members of the public to dig deep in aid of RAFA charity which helps not only ex member of the RAF but also those still on sctive service including members of their families who the Association also activly supports in many ways. Any member with a bit of time to spare on Saturday 15th September, 2007 and can rattle a collecting tin will be very welcome.
This year the Branch is again proud to have the support of Roberts Bakery Band who will be giving a concert of great music at the Memorial Hall, Northwich on Sunday September 16th at 7:30pm. Tickets will be available from the Memorial Hall or contact Eric Sawyer.
